You can track your typical diet for free in Cronometer.com (which I do not have any financial connection with) and see the nutrients you have consumed each day under "Diary," as compared with the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance), or the Adequate Intake (AI) if there is insufficient evidence to establish an RDA for a given nutrient. You can also view a Nutrition report under "Trends" --> "Nutrition Report." The RDA is the average dietary intake considered by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine to meet the nutrient requirement of >97% of healthy individuals.
